Ordering issues are almost always caused by using an outdated browser. Please try updating your browser, clearing your cache, or placing the order from a different browser or device.
Q: How long does it take for my order to ship?
We make every effort to ship all orders placed within 1-2 business days.
Q: Can I get my order shipped faster than the listed time?
Unfortunately, we do not offer expedited shipping options at this time.
Q: Why won’t the website accept my shipping address?
We only ship to the contiguous 48 United States. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, APO/FPO, P.O. Boxes, or international destinations.
Q: Can I order a custom port?
We are unable to accept requests for custom ports.
Q: The joints on my port aren’t equally tight. Is something wrong?
No, there is nothing wrong with your port. PVC pipe naturally has slight variations in wall thickness. This can cause some slip joints to fit tighter than others. The joints are designed only to align the pieces during assembly — they are not structural.
Q: How do I assemble my port?
We strongly recommend using high-quality 3" wide clear shipping tape (GORILLA Clear Shipping Tape is ideal). Other tapes such as duct tape, standard Gorilla tape, metal foil tape, or HVAC tape are generally not recommended.
Q: I don’t know what size or length port I need. Can you help me design my enclosure?
We do not provide enclosure designs or tuning recommendations. Port calculations should come from your box builder.
